Poster & Slide Presentation Guidelines

For your poster to be included in the showcase materials, you must email a PDF of your poster by the Wednesday before the Showcase.

NOTE: You must bring your own easel and foam core board with you to the Showcase.

Although presenting a poster at the Showcase is optional, doing so is certainly to your advantage. Did you submit a snapshot that didn’t make it on the agenda? Bring a poster! Several projects have received funding based solely on a well-made poster and an enthusiastic researcher.

    • Posters can be either 24″ X 36″ or 30″ X 40″ and can have landscape or portrait orientation.
    • Mount your poster on foam core board, or plan to bring a board upon which you can attach your poster. Easel display requires sturdier backing than card stock or laminated paper.
    • Bring your own easel and foam core board – there is no guarantee that there will be easels or foam board available on site.
  • Poster setup will take place during registration on day one of the Showcase.
