Studying SOA: A laboratory matched to affilate needs

Description
We propose the gradual creation of a SOA Laboratory made up of SOA components that "model" those of participating SERC affiliates. It could be used for:
- Industry practitioners, to evaluate tools and methods.
- Researchers, to study different approaches to design, testing and maintenance.
- Educators, to provide students with realistic learning experiences that model SERC industrial practice.
